OPEN CELL SPONGE

A unique product that qualifies for many applications in cushioning, sealing & vibration dampening. Its characteristics to compress & recover provides support throughout the area of contact.
Open cells provide excellent low-pressure sealing against air gases & fumes. In addition, it is particularly suited for sound suppression, isolation & reduction of vibration. It is available stripped, die cut & laminated to various materials. Also, adhesive backing is available on request.




CLOSED CELL SPONGE

Expanded Closed Cell neoprene with non-interconnected cell structure. Impervious to water or moisture, air dust, and many aromatic and chemical fumes. Is available in Nitrile, EPDM and P.V.C. Stripping to any width is done in our factory. Adhesive backing can be applied to one side or both.  
Standard Stock Sizes Rolls 42" x 50' Thickness: from 1/16" to 1"

POLYFOAM

Available in polyester and polyether formulas. A large variety of densities, compression resistance and sound dampening characteristics.

Available in rolls, sheets, strips, die cut & cylinder form. 
Available in many colors.

Applications: Packaging, shock absorbing, insulating, paint rollers, make-up application, camera / electronic case liners and many others.

SILICONE & SILICONE SPONGE
• Good tensile strength at elevated temperatures
• Good elongation qualities up to 70%
• Wide range of hardness from 30 to 80 durometers
• Excellent tear strength up to 250 PSI and resistance to tearing
• Outstanding compression set resistance at temperatures up to 200°C
• Immune to aging, ozone, & weather hardening
• Excellent dielectric strength
• Available in sheet stock stripping, sponge, and molded parts.
